The Nokia N97 is the first Nseries device to ship with a launcher to the Ovi Store, a one-stop-shop for thousands of applications, games, videos, podcasts, productivity tools, web and location-based services and much more. Ovi Store has premium and free content from a range of global and local content providers and developers including Facebook, MySpace, Qik, Glu and Netflix.
For developers, Publish.Ovi.com is a self-service, web-based tool that offers content providers and developers with an easy way to distribute and sell mobile applications via Ovi Store. It supports a range of content types including Symbian signed apps, Java verified apps, WRT widgets, Flash apps, audio, video and images.

The Nokia N97 has 32GB of memory on board with space for a 16GB card. The Nokia N97 offers 37 hours of audio playback, 4.5 hours of video and around 400 hours of talk-time.
